Cognition, a leading architectural firm in London, was entrusted with the task of delivering comprehensive architectural and BIM packages for the expansive urban realm encompassing the stadium.
The stadium’s holistic masterplan, meticulously crafted by Populous, encompasses a wide array of elements, notably a luxurious 180-bed hotel, an awe-inspiring Sky Walk offering panoramic views from the stadium’s roof, an innovative Extreme Sports Building featuring the world’s tallest indoor climbing wall, a Community Health Centre, Commercial Spaces, and an impressive array of 579 residential units.
The integration of these exceptional facilities into the existing public transport infrastructure underscores their accessibility and convenience. These facilities are thoughtfully interconnected through a newly designed landscaped public realm. This inviting space will feature outdoor play areas, charming cafes, and serene recreational spots, all thoughtfully brought to life through the design expertise of Cognition, a prominent architectural force in London. This transformation will imbue the area with vibrancy even on non-match days, fostering a thriving community atmosphere.
Upon project completion, the visionary endeavour undertaken by Tottenham Hotspur, in collaboration with Cognition, has contributed significantly to the local economy by generating an estimated 3,500 employment opportunities.
